Perfect to match the Birds on Bikes jersey but excellent on any occasion, our Birds on Bikes Energy Bib Knicks are anatomically cut with a smooth inner leg and light compression to reduce muscle strain.
It's time for you to ride out in Comfort and Style
I have been doing more bike riding now that my kids are older, but I have been so reluctant to venture into the world of lycra bike clothes. Being a size 14-16, wearing skin tight clothing is something that doesn't make me comfortable and I was worried that most bike gear for females would be made for svelte athletic body types...nobody would describe my body like that! So finding a brand that specialises in curvy women's bike clothes has been a revelation! And I love these Energy-bibs! I feel comfortable, and they are flattering! The only thing I'd like is a slightly longer leg, as they tend to bunch up at my knee...an extra 7cm would be ideal. Thanks Birds on Bikes! You've helped me feel confident wearing lycra.
I love the bib. Not going back to pants now.
I purchased the energy bib nicks in black. I am 175cm tall and and 100 kg. The nicks are comfortable to wearbon my ride to work (25 km with some unsealed roads) . They have good size padding that doesn’t extend too far up the back. The legs don’t ride up or cut in. The braces are wide and comfortable. The only thing I’m not keen on is the zip at the back as it feels weird and scratchy and is unnecessary.
Hi. Thanks for your review. I'm actually taking the zip out and all all new production of bibs once I run out of what I have will be without the zip.
Very comfortable and a great fit. This is a very well made garment and is exactly as described on the web site. I’m a ladies size 14 and purchased size Medium which fits perfectly.
They’re fantastic! I wore them for the first time on Sunday for Around the Bay! So comfy! I probably could have had a smaller size! But I’m extremely happy! Thank you!
Hey Ivy. I'm going to get down for Around the Bay next year, if I manage to get myself back on the bike I'll join you if you are doing it again
