Returns Are Easy

Yep. Returns happen and it’s ok!

We want you to be happy with your Birds on Bikes gear.

We are more than happy for you to try on our gear to see if it fits, but for hygiene reasons please wear your own underwear underneath the garment.

If your purchase is the wrong size or fit, Birds on Bikes will happily offer customers an exchange. We want to make this experience as risk-free as possible for you.

You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. All that we ask is that the goods are returned to us in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags and in their original packaging so that they can be re-sold. If they have been damaged by you, or have been damaged through use, we will not be able to accept their return.

Postage: We cannot refund the cost of postage however If your order value is more than $250 we will cover the cost of returning it to you. If it is less than this, please send a stamped self-addressed express post pre-paid envelope with the returned goods. It is recommended that you keep a tracking number for your parcel as we are not responsible for any lost or missing parcels. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Our Quality Guarantee

Birds on Bikes prides itself on premium quality so if for some reason your gear is faulty we will gladly offer an exchange. If you believe your goods are faulty please email us at returns@birdsonbikes.com.au with your order number and explain the nature of the fault and then send the item back to us within 30 days of purchase.

Where applicable we will pay for the faulty goods to be shipped back to us, and will cover the cost of postage for goods being exchanged. If they have been damaged by you, or have been damaged through use, we will not be able to accept their return.

Refunds

Birds on Bikes is committed to providing you with premium cycling apparel and we are happy to exchange or offer you an in-store credit. Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds.

Note: Retail items that are on sale may not be returned, unless they are faulty.

How to return items:

  1. Let us know that you will be returning the item by emailing returns@birdsonbikes.com.au 

  2. If you would like to exchange an item, please ensure you specify which alternative items/sizes you would like instead.

  3. Send us the item along with a copy of the receipt. We recommend shipping the package through a tracked service. Birds on Bikes cannot replace/refund items that are lost during return shipment.

  4. Once we have received the returned products, exchanges will be processed within 48 hours and refunds processed within 14 working days. Refunds will be processed to the credit card used for the original transaction.
