Great! You’ve fallen in love with your new kit and you're ready to order but need some guidance?

No worries! We have prepared a few questions and answers that will assist you.
 
Q. How do I place an order?
A. All you need to do is add as many products to your shopping cart as you wish. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout by pressing the cart icon and you will be directed to your “cart” page. Fill in your billing and payment information accurately and confirm.
 
Q. How do I know you have received my order?
A. We will send you a confirmation email with all the details of your order for you to review and track right after you submitted your order.
 
Q. How do I cancel/change my order?
A. In order to cancel or change your order, we request that you email your order number and details to our Customer Care: hello@birdsonbikes.com.au and we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm.

Q. I have fallen in love with a product that’s sold out, what should I do?
A. We are doing our best to keep up with stock all the time, our collections are however all limited edition and we may not be producing that item any longer. If you wish, we can personally inform you when the item is back in stock.
 
Q. Do I need an account to place an order?
A. No. It isn’t required for you to have an account. However, we will require your basic information when you place an order and checkout. Your information is safe with us.
 
Q. I have received the wrong item, what do I do?
A. We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away. Contact our Customer Care: hello@birdsonbikes.com.au
