We don't follow your standard sizing for cycling gear but more of a fashion sizing. For example if your wardrobe is made of size 14 to 16 you will most likely fit into the Medium in the Birds on Bikes gear.

No worries! We have prepared a few questions and answers that will assist you.
Q. How do I place an order?
A. All you need to do is add as many products to your shopping cart as you wish. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout by pressing the cart icon and you will be directed to your “cart” page. Fill in your billing and payment information accurately and confirm.
Q. How do I know you have received my order?
A. We will send you a confirmation email with all the details of your order for you to review and track right after you submitted your order.
Q. How do I cancel/change my order?
A. In order to cancel or change your order, we request that you email your order number and details to our Customer Care: hello@birdsonbikes.com.au and we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm.
Q. I have fallen in love with a product that’s sold out, what should I do?
A. We are doing our best to keep up with stock all the time, some of our collections are however limited edition and we may not be producing that item any longer. We do have pre-order on our most popular items and delivery is normally not too far away.
Q. Do I need an account to place an order?
A. No. It isn’t required for you to have an account. However, we will require your basic information when you place an order and checkout. Your information is safe with us.
Q. I have received the wrong item, what do I do?
A. We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away. Contact our Customer Care: hello@birdsonbikes.com.au
What is a pre order?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item which has not yet been released, however an allocation for stock is available for purchase. It is the customers responsibility to read and understand this information before proceeding to place a Pre-order.
When you pre-order an item from Birds on Bikes it is reserved exclusively for you and the order is placed with the manufacturer. Your card is charged when the order is placed so your item can be put into production. Anything with a later ship date or release date is considered a pre order.
Please note that we have no control over when a pre-ordered item arrives, but instead offer estimates. This is due to production schedules and sometimes an item may arrive several weeks before or after.
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled as a special order has been made exclusively for you which means your item is already in production and it has been paid for. Pre- Order items are not eligible for a refund.
What if I need another size in a pre order?
Should you need a different size, you can place another order and send back the first item (in perfect condition, unwashed, unworn and all tags attached) and we will refund that item once it is received back in perfect condition.
