Great! You’ve fallen in love with your new kit and you're ready to order but need some guidance?

No worries! We have prepared a few questions and answers that will assist you.

Q. How do I place an order?

A. All you need to do is add as many products to your shopping cart as you wish. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout by pressing the cart icon and you will be directed to your “cart” page. Fill in your billing and payment information accurately and confirm.

Q. How do I know you have received my order?

A. We will send you a confirmation email with all the details of your order for you to review and track right after you submitted your order.

Q. How do I cancel/change my order?

A. In order to cancel or change your order, we request that you email your order number and details to our Customer Care: hello@birdsonbikes.com.au and we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm.

Q. I have fallen in love with a product that’s sold out, what should I do?

A. We are doing our best to keep up with stock all the time, some of our collections are however limited edition and we may not be producing that item any longer. We do have pre-order on our most popular items and delivery is normally not too far away.

Q. Do I need an account to place an order?

A. No. It isn’t required for you to have an account. However, we will require your basic information when you place an order and checkout. Your information is safe with us.

Q. I have received the wrong item, what do I do?

A. We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away. Contact our Customer Care: hello@birdsonbikes.com.au

SHIPPING
Once you have placed your order in-stock items will be shipped within 3 days. 
Due to Covid-19 there unfortunately have been significant delays in processing some orders as a result of supplier delays to us then on-forwarding your goods to you.

POSTAGE & HANDLING
We utilise Australia Post for our Postage:
Birds on Bikes offers a Standard FLAT RATE for all Australian orders at a cost of $9.00. You will have the option to ship Express for a rate of $12.00. Orders over $250 are shipped Express for FREE.
For Shipping to New Zealand we offer a Standard FLAT RATE of $15.00. You will have the option to ship express for a rate of $25.00. Orders over $250 are shipped Express for FREE.
All other International orders are shipped at a standard rate of $20.00.  You will have the option to ship express for a rate of $35.00. Orders over $250 are shipped Express for FREE.
If you selected tracked shipping once your parcel has been sent, you will be sent a tracking number via email.

To return your product, please contact us at returns@birdsonbikes.com.au for postal details. Please refer to our returns policy.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item has been declared faulty by no fault of your own. In the event of a fault, we will refund the cost of shipping to have the item returned. This is refunded once the item/items have been inspected and declared faulty.
Please note - No refunds are applicable on shipping costs initially sent to you.
