Yep—returns happen, and that’s okay.
We want you to love your Birds on Bikes gear. If you’re not 100% happy, you can exchange for a different size or style or return for a full refund (minus shipping)—no questions asked.
Our return window

Standard: Return within 30 days of purchase.

Flexible (especially for overseas): If the item is still a current style on our website, we’ll accept returns or exchanges beyond 30 days.

How to start a return or exchange

Log in to your account (link on your order confirmation or via our website).

Or email returns@birdsonbikes.com.au with your name, order number, and whether you’d like a return or exchange (plus the reason—it helps us improve!).

We’ll reply with next steps and shipping instructions.
What’s eligible?

Items must be unused, in re-sellable condition, in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Damaged or faulty on arrival
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it promptly (subject to assessment). Email returns@birdsonbikes.com.au with photos and your order number.
Exchanges
Absolutely—you can swap your purchase for a different size or style. Once approved, we’ll ship your replacement as quickly as possible.
Refund options & timing

Refund to original payment method, or store credit (if applicable).

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 1–2 business days.
