Q. Where do you deliver

A. We now deliver worldwide.

Q. How much do you charge for delivery? 

A. Australia wide we will express post your order for a flat rate of $10. International delivery is charged at a flat rate of $20

Q. What if I spend over $250? 

A. When you spend $250 or more at Birds on Bikes, we will  post your order to you for free. 

Q. How do you package your orders?

A. We are conscious about the impacts of packaging on the environment so we use 100% compostable & eco-friendly packaging shipping mailers. 

Q. When will I receive my order? 

A. We carry all stock and sizes that you see on the website. If your size does not come up or is out of stock, please email us with a request. We aim to get orders out to you within 2 working days. We will be in touch if there are any delays.

Q. Do I get a tracking number? 

A. Once goods are dispatched, we will send you a tracking number so you can trace your order.

Q. What if my order is lost or damaged in transit? 

A. Damage or loss in transit is rare however if it happens, we will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of damaged goods, or to report that a parcel has not arrived.
