But when you’re trying on your new bike pants at home, please wear underwear.

How to Make a Return
To start a return or exchange, just email returns@birdsonbikes.com.au with:
– Your order number
– Your name
– A quick note on what you'd like to return or exchange
We’ll walk you through the next steps. It’s easy and fuss-free.
The Fine Print (But We Keep It Simple)
– Items must be returned clean, unwashed, and in original condition
– Tags should be attached where possible
– Underwear and socks are not returnable (unless faulty)
– Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty
