The Birds on Bikes mobile messaging service (the “Service”) is operated by Birds on Bikes Pty Ltd (“Birds on Bikes,” “we,” or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms. We may update or discontinue the Service—or change these terms—at any time, and continued use means you accept those changes.

What You’re Signing Up For

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Birds on Bikes to the mobile number you provided. These may include:

  • Order updates and account alerts

  • Promotions, new arrivals, and special offers

  • Cart reminders and product recommendations

Messages may be sent using automated technology or a standard messaging platform.

No Purchase Required

You do not need to opt in to the Service to make a purchase. Participation is completely voluntary, and opting in does not affect your ability to shop with us.

Message & Data Rates

Birds on Bikes does not charge for this Service, but your wireless provider’s standard text messaging and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Opting Out

You can cancel at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any SMS or use the unsubscribe link (if available). You’ll receive a confirmation message and no further texts from us—unless you re-subscribe.

If you're subscribed to multiple Birds on Bikes SMS programs, you’ll need to opt out of each one individually.

Changing Numbers

If you change your mobile number, please re-subscribe with your new number. We are not responsible for messages sent to numbers you no longer own.

We may also update our phone number or short code and will notify you of any changes. Messages sent to outdated numbers may not be received.
