If for any reason you're not completely happy with your order, we invite you to exchange it for another style or size, or return it for a full refund (minus shipping costs), without any questions asked.
Our standard refund period lasts for 30 days, but we understand that life can be unpredictable, especially when shopping from overseas. If the style you wish to return is still current and available on our website, we'll gladly accept returns or exchanges beyond the 30-day period.

How do I return?
For all returns and exchanges, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, providing us with your name and order number, if available. In addition, kindly let us know the reason for returning or exchanging the item.
Which products are eligible for returns?
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are in unused, re-sellable condition and are in their original packaging with all tags still attached.
Please return items neatly, in a respectable manner.
Worn, damaged or altered apparel cannot be refunded. This includes deodorant, moisturiser, makeup, or fake tan marks, as well as having the tags removed or tampered with or re-attached.
The buyer will need to pay return shipping costs on a return. Please note we do not refund shipping costs with a return.
Which items are not eligible for a refund?
The following items fall under this category:
- Gift cards.
- Discounted items (if applicable)
- Sale or Clearance items.
The item I received is damaged!
In the unfortunate event that the item you have received is damaged, please do not hesitate to contact us. Rest assured, we will promptly replace the faulty product. It is important to reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date in order for us to properly address and rectify the issue.
Can the items be exchanged?
Absolutely! Our policy permits the exchange of purchased items for alternative options. Once the exchange request has been given the green light, we will promptly ship the replacement item to you.
What are the refund options?
We offer two options for refunds, including refunding to the original payment method or to store credit if applicable. To initiate the return process, refer to the email you received and follow the instructions provided for shipping the returned items.
How soon will I get my refund?
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, you will receive an email notifying you of the status of your refund request. The email will also indicate whether your request has been approved or rejected. Upon approval, your refund request will be processed within 1 - 2 working days.
