How to choose your perfect pair

Leg length: Choose the coverage that suits your ride.

  • Short: light and airy for warm days
  • 3/4: sits just below the knee—great for shoulder seasons
  • Capri: mid-calf coverage for extra sun and splash protection
  • Long: extended coverage when you want a little more warmth

Pocket needs: Carry phone + snacks? Choose a dual-pocket style to ride bag-free.

Season: For cooler mornings, three-quarter or capri add warmth. In winter, switch to our Thermal Cycling Tights.

Fit tip: Between sizes? Choose the larger for comfort—your bike pants should feel snug, not tight.

Should you wear underwear with cycling shorts?

Short answer: no. Your chamois (like our Elastic Interface® pads) works best directly against skin to reduce chafe and moisture.

Why padded cycling pants matter

Our latest women’s Elastic Interface® chamois is thinner and less bulky, while still delivering the comfort you need for both quick spins and all-day rides. It’s designed to reduce pressure where it counts, support your position on the saddle, and help keep irritation at bay—so you can focus on enjoying the ride.

Benefits at a glance

  • Relieves pressure on sit bones and soft tissue
  • Helps prevent chafing and saddle sores on longer rides
  • Absorbs road and trail buzz for smoother miles
  • Wicks moisture to keep you drier and more comfortable
  • Women-specific ergonomic support for a better fit and riding position
  • Boosts confidence so you can ride longer, happier

Once you try a quality pad—like our Elastic Interface® chamois—you’ll wonder how you ever rode without it.
